Student Housing
The student housing receives all expatriate dogs studying at the college and provides them with honesty accommodation and meals in accordance with the health requirements of university cities with a maximum capacity of 250 students, which enables them to study at the college easily while providing the appropriate atmosphere for academic achievement, in accordance with the standards and requirements of university cities
1- He must be a regular enrolled student in the college
2- To be an expatriate student.
3- That he has paid the tuition fees and does not owe anything to the college.
4- He should not have been sentenced to a disciplinary penalty.
5- He should not have been sentenced to a deprivation penalty in the previous year.
6- His residence permit must not have expired due to non-payment of residence fees in the previous year.
7- He must undergo a periodic medical examination and prove that he is free of infectious diseases
8 – Priority in residency is for the final years and then the following, according to places
9 – The priority of admission to old students is based on preference based on the grade that the student gets at the end of the year. As for the newcomers, admission takes place according to the highest total.
10- If there are vacancies after that, the minimum total will be accepted
1- The student presents the envelope after filling in the data.
2 – A coordination is made for the applications submitted according to the regulations, and the accepted and nominated names are approved by Prof. Dr. / Vice President for Education and Student Affairs
3- The result will be announced on a bulletin board
4- In the event that the residence permit is not paid within ten days from the date of announcing the result, the student is considered to have waived his right
5- The student’s stay ends with the end of his college exam
6 – Student admission to the housing department is limited to one academic year, and applications are renewed at the beginning of each academic year
1 – Students are distributed among the buildings according to the regulations set by the internal department
2- The supervisors may transfer the student to another room if circumstances so require.
3 – In the event that the student wishes to be absent from a department in the college, he must submit a request to the building supervisors on the form prepared for that before 12:00 noon prior to the absence.
4 – When the student returns to the internal department of the college, he must notify the supervisor in writing on the same day, provided that this is before 12 noon.
5 – When requesting termination of residence in the internal section, the student must file an application at least one week before leaving, accompanied by the approval of his guardian.
6- The fees to be collected from students are determined at the beginning of each academic year, according to what is approved by the Supervisory Board of University Cities, and the monthly fee for accommodation is paid monthly.
1- Providing meals at the times specified by the Student Housing Supervision Council.
2- A student may not eat more than one meal.
3 – The student of the internal department is not allowed to eat meals for the external student
4- The student must notify the competent supervisor in case of his illness to take the necessary action.
