Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education at Abu Qir University, extends his congratulations to Dr. Ahmed Sabra on his appointment as Sports Director and Head of the Arab Judo Federation. 
This appointment follows the approval of the Arab Judo Federation's management, in recognition of his expertise in technical and administrative coverage of judo.
Dr. Ahmed Sabra is a prominent figure in the field of judo. He previously served as Technical Director of the Arab Judo Federation, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Judo Federation, and currently serves as President of the Egyptian Judo Academy.
 

We wish him continued success in his new role.

Honoring student Marwan Ashraf Abdel Aal for winning second place in the African Triathlon Championship.

Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Abu Qir, and Professor Dr. Islam Amin Zaki Abdel-Wakil, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, honored student Marwan Ashraf Abdel-Aal in recognition of his outstanding achievement of taking second place in the African Triathlon Championship, which was held in Nelson Mandela,
South Africa,
from April 1 to 7, 2025.

Prof. Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the College, expressed his pride in this honorable achievement, which reflects the capabilities and excellence of the College’s students in various fields. He wished the student further successes at the local and international levels.

A delegation from the Egyptian Wushu Kung Fu Federation visited the Faculty of Physical Education.

Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education,
received a generous delegation from the Egyptian Wushu Kung Fu Federation, which included: Professor Mahmoud Askar, President of the Alexandria Wushu Kung Fu Region Brigadier General Samer Mustafa, Vice President of the Region

Engineer Sameh El-Safty, Board Member of the Egyptian Wushu Kung Fu Federation This visit came on the sidelines of the Wushu Kung Fu sports tournament held at the college. A number of distinguished players participated
in the tournament, which concluded with the distribution of prizes to the winners amidst an atmosphere of enthusiasm and sportsmanship

This comes within the framework of supporting sports activities and enhancing cooperation between the college and the federation,
 which contributes to spreading the culture of Wushu Kung Fu among college students and the local community.

Definition of electronic blackmail and its motives

 Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mohab Abdel Razzaq Ahmed, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development
 The Faculty of Physical Education, Abu Qir, organized an awareness seminar on electronic blackmail and its motives
The meeting was moderated by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ghazlan
The symposium was delivered by Major General Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Abdel Aziz Abu Laila, Director of the General Administration of Information Technology - Internet Investigations at the Ministry of Interior. 
The symposium discussed the definition of electronic blackmail and its motives, whether vengeful, sexual, or material. Among its most important causes are weak religious aspects, poor educational level, weak personality, and lack of follow-up and monitoring of children.
The symposium explained a number of the effects of electronic blackmail and the stages it goes through, including demand, resistance, pressure, threats, etc., and how to avoid falling into blackmail and the appropriate behavior to deal with it through the hotlines of the Department of Combating Computer Crimes and Information Networks at the General Administration of Information Technology, in order to report electronic crimes. Pointing out that any complaint will be dealt with immediately and with complete confidentiality.

About the affairs of Bahraini male and female students studying in the faculties of Alexandria University.
This is in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel Mohsen, Acting Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs - Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Al-Feki, Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel-Hakim, Dean of the College of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Hala Muqallad. Director of Expatriates Administration at Alexandria University 
 Ways of joint cooperation and providing care for students coming to Bahrain were discussed.
Dr. Kholoud Matar praised the efforts of the university administration and the faculties of Alexandria University to meet the needs of foreign students and overcome obstacles and needs.
  At the end of the meeting, the deans were honored for the efforts they made towards the incoming students.

Visit of Captain Sameh El Shazly, Vice President of the International Diving and Rescue Federation and the African Union

Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Abu Qir, received Captain Sameh Al-Shazly, Vice President of the International Diving and Rescue Federation and President of the African Union.
During the meeting, the available opportunities, prospects for joint cooperation, and agreements between the Diving Federation and the Faculty of Physical Education Abu Qir were reviewed.
This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Mohamed Hassan, Professor of Water Sports Training, Professor Dr. Ahmed Awad Ashiba, Professor of Sports Psychology, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz in the Water Sports Department.

Activities of the 68th graduating class of the American University, 2023/2024

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, President of Alexandria University, Dr. Ali Abdel Mohsen, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Islam Amin, Vice President of the College for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Mohab Abdel Razzaq Ahmed, Vice President of the College to help the community to create the environment.
The graduation ceremony for the 68th batch was held for the 2023/2024 academic year 
The ceremony began with the national anthem, then verses from the Holy Qur’an, then a speech by Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the College
 The ceremony was performed by the college choir, and the ceremony witnessed the honoring of a number of guests and students of student activities
This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Fathi Nada, Head of the General Syndicate of Athletes, Mr. Sameh Al-Sayeh, Member of the House of Representatives, Mr. Abu Al-Abbas Al-Turki, Member of the House of Representatives, and a group of faculty members and parents of students.

A dialogue session entitled “An Egyptian Sports Renaissance”

The Faculty of Physical Education at Alexandria University organized a dialogue session entitled:
 "An Egyptian sports renaissance" 
Headed by Professor Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education, Abu Qir
The meeting discussed many important topics related to Egyptian sports, most notably professionalism, sports investment, and sports media
Dr. Asaad Al-Kiki, Dean of the College, stressed the importance of having organized legislation and rules to regulate professionalism in football and in sports in general, in addition to preparing the infrastructure for sports professionalism in Egypt, because this will enhance sports investment opportunities.
Journalist Tariq Ismail said that we have not yet reached the ideal model of professionalism, pointing out the necessity of transforming sports into a real industry through institutions that generate income for sports clubs.
While Dr. Omar Al-Ghunaimi, Vice President of Smouha Club, discussed the problems of professionalism in Egypt and the obstacles facing the clubs, pointing to enhancing ways to invest in sports in general and football in particular.
Community Verified iconRepresentative Tariq Al-Sayed, a member of the House of Representatives and former president of the Olympic Club, pointed out the importance of developing the professional system, developing the clubs’ resources, and actually starting serious investments in Egyptian sports.
For his part, Dr. Mohab Abdel Razek, the college’s dean for community service and environmental development, stressed the necessity of establishing a complete sports laboratory to measure the abilities of professional players.
